At Life Care Pet Zone, all purchases made through our website www.lifecarepetzone.com (“Platform”) are final and non-returnable. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products once delivered. Customers are requested to carefully review product details, specifications, and suitability before placing an order.

To maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Pet food and treats
  • Veterinary medicines and supplements
  • Grooming products and personal care items
  • Bedding, mats, and travel accessories
  • Cat litter
  • Bowls, feeders, and toys
  • Any perishable or consumable goods
  • Discounted, sale items, or gift cards

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

The Platform reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious/bulk orders. Customers will be notified via email or SMS.

 

 Damages and Issues

Customers must inspect their order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

Upon verification, we may provide a replacement only.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

 

 Replacement Policy

Replacement requests are applicable only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Expired products

All replacement approvals are subject to verification and final decision by Life Care Pet Zone.

Services (Grooming, Boarding, Veterinary)

All services including pet grooming, boarding, and veterinary consultations are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked or availed.

Failure to attend scheduled appointments will not be eligible for refund.
